Internet is a funny place
a lot of us felt liberated and safe there
while in fact
it is the most ethereal place ever
marking (and broadcasting) our every move
unless you never go online
once you set foot in the Web
you're pretty much trapped
Having worked online for a while
it's amazing to see how people (ab)use their freedom
doing all sorts of things
disguising, hacking, bad-mouthing...
but what amazes me most
is their assumption that NO ONE would know
(hello? anyone heard of G.O.O.G.L.E?)
it's very much like that childhood story
the Emperor's new clothes
you see them walking around naked
but you don't know how to tell them
'cause I am no longer a kid
I can't really come up with the courage to say
"You're naked, stupid!"
